How long will my items take to arrive?

On bracelets and candles, we will typically fulfill the orders within two (2) business days, and we use UPS for our shipping courier. We never anticipate shipping to take longer than seven (7) business days. However, we officially say that shipping can be between one to three weeks before you receive your item(s). If you have not received them by then, please contact Customer Support at (512) 945-5057.

Is there insurance on original paintings that are shipped?

Absolutely! There is a lot of pride in the work that has gone into Jen’s paintings, and we want them to arrive the way they were shipped. Not only are they packaged well and labeled to indicate they need to be handled with care, but they are also insured for the amount of the painting itself. Shipping time on these items can vary depending on size and weight.

Are your bracelets and candles responsibly sourced?

We believe firmly in working to leave the world better than we found it, and this includes in making our products. All products are responsibly sourced. We ensure that no gemstones we use come from conflict zones and are 100% authentic in nature. All candles are made with 100% organic soy wax, 100% real dried flowers, 100% authentic gemstones, and metal tins that are good for the environment after their usage and disposal. We are constantly looking for ways to maintain the quality of our products while keeping responsible sourcing of materials at the forefront of our business.

How will I know if a bracelet will fit me?

Bracelets are not necessarily one-size-fits-all, but they are made using a stretchable band (responsibly sourced for the environment) that should fit most people. If you have wrists larger than five to seven inches in diameter, the bracelets may not fit you. If you are getting the bracelet for a child, the bracelets may be a bit large for them. We are continuing to experiment with ways to get closer to a one-size-fits-all bracelet.

How strong is the scent throw on your candles?

The scent throw (or how strong the candle will emit aroma in an area) on our candles can have a decent scent throw within a room. However, the candles we make are not necessarily the same type you would buy at a normal candle shop (like Bath & Body Works, for example). Our candles are focused around use in reiki, meditation, rituals, and affecting a more personal space. Are you working at your desk for hours on end? The candle can help bring the energy and grounding you need to get the work done while relieving stress and calming. We will be looking at creating candles with a stronger scent throw in the future. For now, we are focused on utilizing the metaphysical to help people in this mortal realm.

Why did my prints come in a package marked “Printique?”

We utilize Printique as our provider for all styles of prints. They are very small-business-friendly, but they also have incredible quality. We want the artwork contained on your print to beautify every inch of the space you hang it in, so we made sure we used only the best in the business for fulfilling our orders for prints.
